These terms govern all purchases from Glass and Mirror Designs — products, custom orders, delivery and installation. By placing an order, you agree to them. All items are custom-crafted with premium materials and may vary slightly due to manual fabrication.
Most products — mirrors, shower doors, glass railings, custom panels — are made to order. Once fabrication begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you provide incorrect measurements, we are not responsible for remakes. If our team takes the measurements, we guarantee proper fit.
Tempered glass carries a manufacturer safety warranty against spontaneous breakage from internal defects. Not covered: impact damage, scratches after installation, improper cleaning, mishandling. We are not liable for improper installation by others, supplier/weather delays, or unstable surfaces.
